Hi, I’m Kathy Ramirez, and I’ve been a dedicated bookkeeper since 2019. My journey started by helping my dad with his landscaping business, where I quickly discovered my passion for bookkeeping. From there, I’ve been driven to assist others, especially small businesses, in organizing their financials and achieving peace of mind.

I’ve gained diverse experience working in firms with high-volume accounts receivable and accounts payable, as well as handling full-charge bookkeeping for smaller businesses. Along the way, I attended Greenville Technical College, where I earned an associate’s degree in Accounting and a certificate in Small Business Accounting. Education has always been a priority for me, and I’ve continued to grow my expertise by completing programs like the ProAdvisor program with QuickBooks Online, which has led me to become QBO certified.
